Privacy and waitlist notice

Updated 5 November 2026

What we collect

The community waitlist stores your email address, signup time, and the version of the notice you agreed to. Joining does not create a member account. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit abusive requests; it is not stored in the waitlist record.

How we use it

MotorFiction uses this information to manage the waitlist and email you when registration opens. We do not sell waitlist addresses or share them for advertising. The hosting provider processes the stored data to operate the website.

Existing accounts and website visits

Existing member accounts and content are preserved while public access is paused. Essential cookies support administrator sessions, security, and language preferences. Website analytics may measure visits separately from your waitlist email.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or removal of your waitlist entry by emailing info@motorfiction.com from the registered address. We retain waitlist entries while needed for this purpose, unless you request removal.
